Nicoletta began work in the luxury industry and has spent the last 20 years developing her skills and experience. She started her career at Bally where she spent ten years, growing from marketing assistant to the Head of Store Planning. This experience provided Nicoletta with an insight into the world of luxury goods and a full understanding of the principles that govern consumer seduction – knowledge that would later evolve further working for Winkreative in 2002. There she successfuly launched the Swiss agency and directed all interior and fashion projects. After years of collaboration through Winkreative, Nicoletta joined MACH in 2015 to lead the business development for our new office in London.
