This year’s edition at Watches & Wonders revolved around „The Art of Balance,“ featuring an installation suspended entirely from the ceiling, balancing gracefully within the space.
The booth was designed in line with Baume & Mercier’s watchmaking philosophy, which is rooted in the equilibrium of design, craftsmanship, and tradition.
Baume & Mercier’s iconic bezel shapes served as the guiding design motif, inspiring a delicate and playful installation that resonated throughout the exhibition. The forms were interpreted at every scale, from the timepieces themselves to the display cases and decorative elements, some reaching over two meters in height.
At the heart of the space, a constellation of hanging shapes echoed the geometries of the bezels, brought to life by linear lighting and subtle, dynamic animations that infused the installation with movement. Around this centerpiece, the watches were presented in open showcases shaped to mirror the collection’s elegant forms.
Textured surfaces in refined beige and champagne-gold tones, paired with deep blue accents created a harmonious ensemble while the facade, a semi-transparent metal mesh animated by suspended shapes and light effects, completed the immersive experience.
